tuesday, march 17th 2009, was st. patrick’s day. I decided to celebrate the day by having green eggs and ham… yes…that’s it, green eggs and ham. that’s all I have to say about that. on to the brkfst food. I had hand chopped, free range, maplewood smoked ham. smoked the old fashioned way. it was fantastic. I put on a maple syrup and whiskey smoke glaze on the ham. I then had a fried up egg that was fried up in the remnants of the ham…needless to say, that was amazing.
