this day of days, this brkfst of brkfst’s; to all those who eat brkfsts out there, and to all those who use computers…my first post written became obsolete due to a motor cortex malfunction in my brain shutting down the area thus causing my hand to act out of free will and close the window whilst I typed.  needless to say my heart sank to my knees and my stomach overturned as the words disappeared before my very eyes.

my motor cortex has since started back up with a pull start like a lawn mower.  

this brkfst was one of pure deviance and deliciousness.  it started out as two steaks. then blossomed into some kind of plant, but there’s no time for botany now.  my older older brother* had the idea to wrap fresh pancetta around the steaks and proceeded to rub on salt and pepper.  then the steaks were cooked in joyous olive oil; at which point the steaks were rained down upon by chili flakes, then finished in the oven.  afterwards, butter was added to the pan which was saturated with olive oil, delicious steak bits, and chili flakes.  this made the jus (that’s a french word, adapted by english chefs to sound fancy when saying juice) for the steaks.  people came up to me this day on the street and asked “but Jordan, how can you have something that is so delicious, wrapped in pancetta, cooked in olive oil, and lathered with butter, and not explode with tastebudicus lysis**.”  to them I replied “I need not fear of tastebudicus lysis.”  
and so crime stoppers that sometimes, may or may not, who only in the early evening, late morning, but never at dusk, eat brkfst, I say to you, live your life to the fullest and never worry about over flavouring your tastebuds.


* my older older brother (aka father, dad, hero, what have you) is somewhat a genius, a misunderstood, shorter than me, genius.
**tastebudicus lysis is a techincal term for the “explosion/breaking down of tastebuds,” usually due in part to having something too delicious in your mouth.

ps.  look for tomorrow’s brkfst which will be a pancetta sandwhich.
