honey glazed pork chops and applewood smoked bacon on a white porcelain plate made in italy. img size 4x6”, located in the urbani household. the pork chops were seared in my carbon-steel pan and then glazed with wild brown honey from british columbia. bacon was then draped ever so gently over the pork chops, much the way drapery falls so voluptuously over a reclining nude in roman and greek art. the deliciousness was then consumed rapidly after baking in the oven for about thirty minutes. this was on thursday april 9, (at) 10:30 am, and it was fantastic. I, myself, the friend in me, and jordan enjoyed it immensely.
good day, good porkchops. mmmm, brkfst.
